I really got lucky when I connected with Brian’s Pro Handyman Services. This was my third contract with Brian and Stacey to do a variety of different jobs. No matter how difficult the challenge, they were able to successfully complete each one. They communicated before each job, were on time, very courteous and responsive to my requests. I have had these folks do several times. From building a large gate to enclosing my front porch. Also had them do repairs in my house. Beautiful work every time. I will definitely call them again if I need more work done

I needed outside shingles that had dry rotted replaced for my insurance company. I emailed Bryan, he came out gave me an estimate well within my price range, scheduled the work to be done and in one day they were replaced and my insurance company was very pleased with the work done. I would recommend Bryan and his employee's for any home repairs or improvements. His employees made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up before leaving. Thank all of you very much! His very professional, courteous, and skilled crew came out as planned and efficiently did the work in less time than was estimated. The work was excellent and they were respectful of the property. Would definitely rehire in a heartbeat. Bryan responded to my job inquiry quickly: to install a basement bathroom exhaust line to the exterior of the house. His team showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally.

This is my second review for them. I've returned to say they stand behind their guarantees 100%. I've called on them several times and they always do really great work. They are on time, affordable, clean, and have exceptional results, even with challenging projects. This time specifically I asked them to repair a chandelier they installed last year. The problem was not installation related, but they felt like it still fell under warrantied services and fixed it at no additional charge. I was already a satisfied customer, but this was above and beyond. They deserve the praise.

I hired Bryan to repair our basement drywall and tile after we had a French drain installed. Overall, I am very pleased with the work his crew did. I had some concerns during the project but Bryan was very easy to talk with. He explained what was going on and any worries I had were put at ease once I saw the final product. I think our basement looks even better now than it did before! I would definitely hire him to come back for future projects.

Bryan and his crew did a great job repairing my patio roof and floor. They put dimmer switches inside my basement and replaced all outside electrical sockets. Excellent work! MY husband and I will definitely be calling on him again for all of our handyman needs.🤗

Once again, Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Service has done outstanding upgrades and repairs on my home. They removed old wall paper, primed, painted, upgraded lighting, installed new hardware and repaired my bathrooms. They also updated, added new lighting throughout the house, and completed small repairs throughout the house and deck. The staff is great! In addition to doing a great job overall they really pay attention to the details. They're easy to work with, very helpful and take care of protecting the floors and carpets. I needed extensive repairs in an older home I purchased 6 months ago. Bryan Grubb came out to my home to give me an estimate-he showed up on time and gave me a great deal of time answering my questions. I had termite damage as well as unkept wood that was rotting around many windows of my home. Over the course of 4 months, Bryan’s company replaced windows, doors, and wood rot all around my home. Each time, the craftsmen came ON TIME, and were very hard working. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with their workmanship. Bryan returned all my calls and made sure to contact me during and after each job. I highly recommend Bryan Grubb construction and will be using them for all of my house needs. Excellent experience!

We had Bryan’s Handyman and Home Improvements install an exterior door at my home. My wife and I received quotes from a few companies. We were very happy with the price that Bryan quoted us. We felt it was a fair price. The night before the install we received a phone call to confirm the appointment for the next day. The day of, the team came in and took down the old exterior door and replaced the new one. I was very happy with the kind and courteous service and professionalism that we received.
