Our free estimates are a ball park estimate based off of the photos we receive and typical costs to do that type of job.

If you accept our estimate ( after we receive pictures ), we will contact you to schedule a time for the job. Our schedule is out anywhere from one to three weeks, so don’t delay. Rest assured that our prices are fair and accurate, taking into consideration how hard you work for your money. Free estimates and quotes are good for two weeks – once you are on the schedule, your date is locked in!

A scheduling fee may be forfeit if appointment is canceled rather than rescheduled. We always try to work with you on any reasonable scheduling changes.

We are a family run company in Mineola, Texas. We treat your home repairs like our own home repairs, making sure they will last for years to come. All our work comes with a one-year guarantee.

For a more accurate estimate we do offer on-site estimates, for this service we have a minimum charge to cover our time and expenses. With that onsite estimate you get a more detailed inspection of the issue/s as well as a partial credit towards your final invoice if you choose us to do the repairs.

Our response time is typically the same business day. The information gathered is for business purposes only, we will never sell or distribute your information to third parties.

I needed outside shingles that had dry rotted replaced for my insurance company. I emailed Bryan, he came out gave me an estimate well within my price range, scheduled the work to be done and in one day they were replaced and my insurance company was very pleased with the work done. Once again, Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Service has done outstanding upgrades and repairs on my home. They removed old wall paper, primed, painted, upgraded lighting, installed new hardware and repaired my bathrooms. They also updated, added new lighting throughout the house, and completed small repairs throughout the house and deck. The staff is great! In addition to doing a great job overall they really pay attention to the details. They're easy to work with, very helpful and take care of protecting the floors and carpets. I hired Bryan to repair our basement drywall and tile after we had a French drain installed. Overall, I am very pleased with the work his crew did. I had some concerns during the project but Bryan was very easy to talk with. He explained what was going on and any worries I had were put at ease once I saw the final product. I needed extensive repairs in an older home I purchased 6 months ago. Bryan Grubb came out to my home to give me an estimate-he showed up on time and gave me a great deal of time answering my questions. I had termite damage as well as unkept wood that was rotting around many windows of my home. Over the course of 4 months, Bryan’s company replaced windows, doors, and wood rot all around my home. Each time, the craftsmen came ON TIME, and were very hard working. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with their workmanship.
